got a skybox f3 working fully but i want to update the firmware, but my seeline that i dumped to usb is blank how come my box still works. i tryed a factory reset and put imgfile box can with back on and the channel list it can with back on and everything still worked without me entering a seeline, so im confused
i have skyuk28.2e but no astra or eurobird does this have anything to do with it, and can i watch channels from foreign sattelies?

Mate you will only get other sats with a motorised dish. If this a standard sky dish then 28.2e is all you will get. In terms of the c line, when you update your image you get the option to save settings or not .... You did.

okay thanks so updating it but saving the settings means the channels will still work right? but thank you for clearing the satellite confusion

ohh ok thank you im really greatful for that, just 1 last thing will it still work if i add a new channel list for example aj's because that is a good one for sky

Yes mate, channel lists are updated on a fairly regular basis due to frequency changes and channels being added/removed. A channel update does not effect your image.
