New Skybox F5 - no signal some channels

Ive got a new F5 box, certain channels come up with no signal, where as when I plug my old sky box in they are working ok, eg, classic FM

Ive got a quad LNB, should i look to swap it for another newer better quality one? Any recommnedations?

f5s have issues(no signal on some channels) with some lnbs if you have more than 1 satbox running on same dish. unplug all other satboxes from the dish(even sky+) then try your f5 if all channels have returned then its lnb issue. if they are still missing they may of changed frequency then an upto date channel list is needed. also you will only get freesat channels with just the box!
