channel problems

does anybody know why i lost my channels on skybox f3 i didnt do anything it just keeps saying offline thanks

channels dont say offline. they say scrambled or no signal which is two different issues

Offline being the Opposite of Online, your box is either not connected to your internet, or your providers server is Offline.
