F3 Dummie Guide

Hi all I've bought a Skybox F3 and cant find a dummies guide for this box how to setup from scratch and the sticky guide at top is for Openbox ?
I also have vu duo and manage it well but havent got a clue with Skybox F3 where to start if someone could point me in right direction please ?

They dont quite use thesame images but flashing and setup is relatively the same
