Which box is better for HD channels

    Hi,

I have Openbox S11 to watch sly channels using cccam. Have used it for almost a year. So far, I am ok with it. However, now I am looking to upgrade to a better box which can give me better HD experience and supports surround sound.

Can you please suggest which box I should opt for. I have come across Blade DM7000, Skybox F5, Dreambox DM500 etc

    My budget is max ?300.

    Many thanks,

You should now be looking at a linux receiver which is the next step up for you all the receivers you mentioned are closed source such as the one you have now apart from the DM500 which is SD only, ?300 is quite a good budget and will provide you with a twin tuner Linux Enigma2 receiver, such as a Vu Solo2, Technomate T2-OE.

Good budget but do alot of reading 1st as the e2 boxes are far from being a simple plug and play box like the openbox/skybox. I'm still learning with the e2 box 12 month after i decided to upgrade , i am so glad i did take the plunge though, there is so much more you can do with the e2 boxes
If it isn't broke, don't try fixin it..!!!
