f5 looping

my sky box f5 is keeps looping on start up and recovery wont fix it, any suggestions

did you have trouble with file mismatch before the loop?

box was working perfect updated my channel list and been looping on load up since

if rs232 null modem dont work then just send it back its faulty and should not go into bootloop if channel list was put on right and a dodgey channel list was not used
