Scrambled probs

Alright folks, I have been using the skybx for a while now with no probs, however this last week I have been getting a a lot of scrambled, I have checked all of the obvious and the box tells me that the svr is offline. Can anyone suggest a solution to this please? I expect a sealion is probably required again.

I've got a similar problem with scrambling my box seems to scramble a lot more when the weather is windy is this due to just having a normal sly dish even tho my sky work perfect in bad weather cheers

My problem is entirely due to the server which is now permanently offline

scramble is to do with internet side nothing to do with weather thats no signal and cline talk is not allowed on this site sorry.
