SkyBoxf3 Newbie (Help please)

Hey guys, hope everyone is good

Basically I have just bought a SkyBoxF3HD and I have a few issues. I bought it with a 12 month gift and the person I have bought it from is away for a while on holiday.

1. My SkySports1HD freezes every 30 seconds
2. The sbo channels do not work
3. The SetantaSports1 and SetantaIreland do not work

What would you advise me to do in order to fix these slight issues/problems?

To be fair he seems a bit of a baffled person who knows nothing about this .
Even if i did talk to him about this I don't think he would know anything .
