with that low signal you still wont get channels

Managed to sort the signal intens and quality, im up at 80% and 70%. Scanned and again still say scrambled. Even BBC1

have you plugged it into the lnb port and not the loop port?

Yep it in the LNB port and not the loop. I have just uploaded AJs channel list now, and now I am scanning again. BBC1 HD still is scrambled.

you dont have to scan just put on ajs list reboot box thats it. a channel list saves you from scanning for channels. the sat settings everything is contained in the list. delete all old channels before putting on new list and dont forget to REBOOT BOX after putting on list

Well I reset to factory settings and uploaded ajs channel list. I then rebooted by pulling the dc lead for like 30 secs and again no BBC1 hd, even without scan

SNR is 5% although on the antennae list I have 80% & 70%. BBC1 HD still says scrambled.

dont know then bbc should never say scrambled as it is not even encrypted you may get no signal on bbc but never scrambled

If BBC HD is showing scrambled then just maybe your satellite dish is not aligned correctly and your actually pointing to the wrong satellite.
Have you tried to do a blind scan to see what actual channels are being scanned?

Im using F5. Ive just had the dish aligned correctly to astra. Blind scan just shows numbered Sly UK and then OK and Failed.
