lost channels

hi bought a f5 box with gift about 6 weeks ago. all was working with no problems for 2 weeks but then i moved house. the skybox stayed unpluged untill now while i waited for internet to be installed. now when i plug the box in i have no channels listed any ideas anyone? have i lost my gift somehow?

put new channel list on if all the channels have gone

failing that try switching dhcp off reboot then switch it back on reboot to get new ip address from your router
