When you flashed the new firmware you got rid of your so called 'Gift' in effect wiping the box clean to get this back i suggest you speak to whom ever you purchased it from in the first place, as no one will be able to offer any more help with That side of things according to the Forum Rules

the ethernet port on the back of the f5 does it have a flashing light orange or green? if not its not connected to router. also it has a youtube app on the box if that connects and plays vids that means its connected to the net and its a gift issue not internet issue

So it must be gift issue, if gift is still there does it have tick next to it, if it doesn't you will have to activate by pressing one of the coloured buttons on your remote then rebooting. Lucky for you someone is coming to fix problem.

server offline or line details wrong if youtube works and you have tick with offline. contact line provider if hes not done a runner. if it was a reboot it would say reboot required at the end of the line
