F3 digital audio

Just got an f3 fully set up... Is there any way to get digital sound via my amp. There is a socket for spdif but I can't get the settings working... Anyone else has a similar issue? Cheers

The phono socket on the back is not an spdif connector its for 12v power, Digital sound can only be supplied via the HDMI output.

Thank you got that sorted now but the audio is out of sync... Any idea how this can be corrected?

Usually just a case of flicking up a channel and then back.

Sometimes having the time shift on in the settings (eg for recording, fast forward, rewind) seems to cause audio problems.
