I think I just about understood your question. All Openbox & Skybox receivers can record to an external hard disk or memory stick, they all have Time Lapse feature allowing for pause/rewind of live TV, and they all support CS.

They cost around 50 GBP. Skybox receivers are the most popular and are seemingly better supported.

and the worst quality with many faults,the main ones beeing bicking itself when trying to update channel lists or scanning for channels manually and the remotes on them are pants, as well as beeing cloned and having closed firmware. but they do the biz for ?50 JUST!
