Skybox F5 Problem

Hey Guys, I recently bought a skybox F5 and everything seems to work. However ive been having a small problem with the box not being able to switch off, as when i press the red button on the remote it reboots, and the Unit itself doesn't have any buttons Im not sure what to do, because it isnt a major problem as it doesn't reboot when im watching channels or anything like that. Any help ?

Do you give the red off button just 1 quick press then wait for it to shut down, or are you holding the red off button down until it switches off?

Thanks for the fix, yeah i had to press the red button and release it quickly
