about skybox f5

hi any one know about skybox f5? i was upgrate channel list and my box are reboot and stak on lodeing.... notting pass the lode led...plz help me

Did you delete the old channel list before putting a new one on.
Looks like it may need to be reflashed using a null modem cable connected to a pc. You can find the tools and information on the forum on how to recover dead openbox/skybox

It is time reflash your F5 you need to follow the instructions here
Download latest firmware from here first choice and if that doesn't work try this second choice
