Best bet is ask the person who supplied extra channels, can't say to much about that side here

Hi tyher I have checked and it says im offline my provider has assured me I have not been cut off and he seems genuine enough as he has replied to all of my emails with possible solutions. I have spoke to an IT guy in work and he thinks I might be able to solve it if I give the box a static IP as he thinks there may be a DHCP Conflict with other devices in my house(the power has been off to the router and box on ocassion) does this sound correct to anyone?

Simple solution to check id DHCP is working ok go into network settings turn the DHCP function to off reboot the box go back to the same setting and switch DHCP back on again and then reboot box again, DHCP should now be connected if not you then have a conflict somewhere

Offline mate means there is no active Internet connection to your box. Turn off your sky box, first with the remote and then the rocker switch on the rear. Reboot your router and wait five minutes after the reboot.

Turn your skybox back on. If this does not work then try taking the network cables out and re plugging them.

The easiest way to test if there is an active Internet connection is to try the YouTube app in network settings on your F3.

                Good luck mate.
