Please help - SKYBOX F3 was working fine now reboots when pressing favourites

Hi Guys,

My mates F3 box has been working fine for 4 months, yet yesterday when he pressed the favourites button, the box reboots and the favourites menu has disappeared.
Tried to re-load AJ's list (which has always worked fine), and yet when pressing the favourites button, the box reboots.
Any idea or advise on what I should do?
Re-install firmware? If so, what is the latest firmware that should be used that has a channel listing to?
Any advise will be much appreciated.

You might try factory reset, for the latest firmware go to skyboc.cc, if it only reboots when you press fav button then you can reflash using the usb stick or the ftp tool, you will still need to load in a channel list I don't think this could have been the cause of the problem.

And make sure you backup your gift to USB before trying the above
