Hello guys, I'm a little unsure of what to back up before I update latest 'filmware' and do not want to lose my gift settings. I'm getting picture glitch and someone recommended updating firmware. Is that the best thing to do?

If your gift is working o.k, that is no problems with channels leave it alone don't fix what ain't broke.
If your gift is not password protected then you backup Cccam.cfg.

hi back up an image file of the box via usb
so if you mess anything up....you can always re-load the image back on the box.....

or Just try a new channel list....

This might sort your problem...but then again might not

Plz note before deleting anything make sure you have a backup or you know what you are doing
there are many tut's on here to show you how to....
