Openbox S10 Rebooting on its own

My openbox is going off its head,having put up with pixelated viewing for sometime and now its rebooting on its own
I am left in a dilemma,
1. re prog new firmware
or
2. get rid

What is the best firmware to stop or prevent the issues returning

Option 2 sounds pretty good to me but then again i am not a fan of cheap tat receivers, re-flash it stick it on a well known auction site and put the money towards a decent receiver

there is no new firmware so I would say do a #2 on it.
Make sure your signal quality is high or the next receiver will be pixelating too.
