    Skybox f5 help?

Hey guys, got my skybox F5 today along with the skybox wifi dongle/usb.

Set it all up, got my freeview channels and wifi set up (after a lot of hassle)

now, i put in my line manually and its asking me to 'copy files to usb root, update!'

I'm not quite sure what this means? any help would be great.

(The box also came preloaded with a channel list etc..)

    thanks.

Once you have entered your line have you activated it by pressing one of the coloured button can't remember which one at the moment a tick should appear beside your line reboot your F5.
If you format a usb stick to FAT 32 then you could save your line in a Cccam.cgf file format on that usb stick or you could create a Cccam.cgf file on your pc put your line in the file then copy file to usb stick then update your F5 this way.

I am on a mac so I think i'm unable to format to FAT32.

So after I put in the line it should work? It says next to the tick 'offline' or 'login'

Would this mean the test line has expired and i should try another one?

      Thanks.

Sounds like the test line has expired, try contacting your provider or going with someone else

Did you turn the box off & on again to activate the line as mahrkpat said?

Is DHCP turned ON in Network Setup?
