How can I fix the F5 skybox?

I am new here. I just bought skybox F5 last week, and my young boy accidentally pressed the 'vformat' on the remote control, then everything is gone, I have never imagined how can be that so easily deleted. I contact the company regarding this issue, they only replied me that I need to go to the website SkyBox | SkyBox to download latest firmware, I am not good at the new technology and have no idea how to download and even no idea about where can I find this firmware files? how to connect to the f5 box. So I am here to ask for your kind help.
Any detailed instruction will be really appreciated.

If he has only pressed v format then keep pressing it to get it back on. Press once and wait 10 seconds.. Then press again and wait 10 seconds. Keep doing this as there are a few different settings..
Another way is to connect a plug into the yellow av connector on the back of the box then into it yellow av in on your tv.. You will now get a picture and u can change the v format in settings
