Skybox f3 update firmware but keep cline

Hi there

If I update the firmware .abs file using a USB stick, can I do it so it keeps the c**** information? I don't want to mess that bit up but my firmware is old and the new ones are supposed to fix a few problems I am having.

Also is there anyway to tell if I have an original Skybox F3 or if it is a clone?

Don't talk about the c word... Just put USB into your box and go to menu dump to USB.. Select the cc cam dot c f g and it will put it onto ur USB.. Plug USB back Into your comp and save it.. Then check it with notepad to make sure it's there.. Now flash ya box. Then put cc cam back on after flashing

You can talk about anything you like as long as you use euphemism for what we can't talk about eg gift, sea lion, the bit we can't talk about etc...
