i done a factory reset on my f3 and i cant get any $channels now but can watch free to air channels, have i lost my free gift?

Yes you have and to save further hassle i would suggest you contact who ever supplied you the so called 'Gift' as there is no magical workaround that can be done

i thought i had, would the free gift be able to be put back on by the original supplier or will i have to get a new 'free gift'?

Get him to email free gift and put it on yourself, otherwise get another, but nothing free

said it everytime back up ya box as soon as u get it then you will have no probs unless ya server man is bein an ass
