Hi, I'm looking for peoples opinion on the OpenBox S60000HD box. I will post in the relevant section this is just a brief introduction as to what my first post will entail. Thanks

seams to be loads asking about them but no one saying they got one, they seam to work as a vu clone and if so are a dam cheap option

got one coming in next two days will post back asap ive it got set up and working look the bollocks for the money though

They are basically a copy of the Vu+ solo in a plain black box, they are slightly smaller than a DM500. I've been supplying them with an OpenPLi image installed but they can take Blackhole 2.0.2.E OK. Note: There is a SD card slot but there is no reader, so don't try to insert one.

for the money they are great im only just getting use to the hole enigma / linux/ blackhole etc way of working as ive only ever worked with f3/f5 type of box but as a stater for the money these are great just make sure if your going to use timeshift and full 7 day epg you put a external hdd or decent size mem stick in it and no they do not over heat so shop round try lincsat he gives great back up if your having problems

Openbox S6000HD can use the third part firmware, such as blackhole, OpenVix, OpenPli.

for CCcam it's var/etc/ for MGcam it's usr/keys/

Better to buy one of those cheap fans that run off usb and plug it straight in, think you can buy them from pound shop Andy.

The best version is the one you get with the fan installed and its very quite unlick the 800se.
I have bought mine from satellitedoctor.co.uk , there have all the one with fan installed , carefull not to buy the one without fan as it get very hot.
