when i try to add new channel lists (i do follow instructions ) i get no channels , 1st i back up my channels ,then add new channels via lists from this site , it seems to upload ,but when it gets to 7% it then goes straight to 100% and says finish and press info , i do this and it says sat ok , then when i exit their are no channels ,also then when i try to put my back up channels on the same thing happens , this is on a f5 skybox ...i then have to do a scan to add new channels again and then put fav's back on ...please help thankyou

Hi once you have loaded the channel list are you re-booting the box ???

Yep. You need to reboot before the channels show.

I was playing around with an X3 yesterday & noticed that after transfering a new channel list to the box, it automatically rebooted when I exited the menu.
