help!

apologies if this is a simple problem/ issue or has already been talked about,

i currently have a skybox f3 which was working perfectly until a few weeks ago... the problem i have is that bbc and free channels are viewing ok but channels like movies or dmax or discovery are showing a $ beside them in the favourite menu and just come up as scrambled if selected,

does anyone know how this can be fixed or resolved???

p.s. not big into technology and downloading software or installing it into the box.... if this could be avoided it would be greatly apreciated..

Without going into great detail basically you have what is called a 'Gift' inside the F3 which connects to the internet and aquires certain codes to let you so called View the channels with the $ at the side of them.

So basically either your 'Gift' has expired or said party has cut you off, other issue may relate to your broadband have you had any work done, moved cables about something like that perhaps
