Skybox F3 picture problem

Hi all, I'm hoping someone can help me.
I've had this skybox F3 for about 1 month and all of a sudden the picture has went orange and out of focus.
I've tried the hdmi lead in another box and it works fine, I'm hoping someone can help me out.

save your config files and gift do a factory default

failing that try putting new firmware in
