Openbox X5 Problems

Hi, Im havin problems with the Openbox X5, I scan the channels using a blind scan all the channels work but alot are missing. I have setup everything correctly i think. When i try to add channel lists and ive tried a few none of the sky channels work and it says no service...

Help would be appreciated
