F5 Installation menu options no longer available

First post on this forum so all help appreciated

Got an F5 box a few weeks back and after reading various posts on this forum got it all up and running.

Went to conduct a blind scan to refresh the frequencies today but the only options that are available to me from the Installation menu are Installation antenna , Satellite list and LNB power

The following options are "greyed out" Antenna set up , single satellite search , multiple satellite search and TP list

All functions and channels work

Is there a code I can input on the remoter control that enable the 4 options currently disabled.

IS there something I can do to enable the 4 missing options

my code was just 0000

I tried 0000 , 1111 , 2222 , 3333 , 4444 all the way up to 9999 but none of them work

Its probably due to the fact that you have it setup for a single satellite only which renders the other options useless

I have an F3 box is another room set up as single satellite and this has all the options within the installation menu enabled

if you check Satellite List you'll find the problem lies there, if there's nothing there this will 'grey out' the options you mention

This happens if you don't have a "tick" next to the details in the Satellite list.

In the Satellite list menu, press the "OK" button to place a tick next to the details. When you exit, the other options should be available.

u have a f5 but was not getting espn or various other channels done a tp scan it never work and done a satalite scan now there is no signal on all channels what have i done

I have found the same issues sometimes. Power off the f5 box via the remote control , turn back on via the remote control and in my experience the channels come back
