Skybox F5 restore 'Read raw file fail'

Since I've got the skybox about 3 weeks ago its been nothing but trouble, after doing the blind scan it bricked and 2 cables and 3 PCs later I've got a PC with the right input

Anyway all set up with this program I've seen in the guide, it won't work, Ive downloaded the right file for skybox F5

Would it be due to not being connected to the internet, as Im having troubles with internet on the computer and just transfered the program via USB?

If anyone could help I would be very greatful

read raw file failed means you are missing the eromclient.abs file

thanks, now Im getting set stb memory error, does it require to be connected to the internet?

stb memory error is either the wrong eromclient.abs or you are turning on the receiver too fast.
The receiver must be off when you hit next on the loader,then you turn it on.
