Skybox f3 factory reset

Is there a factory reset I can do on the box or do I have to reflash the whole box again with the null cable?

just go into menu mate but dont forget to dump everthing to usb first ........thre magicpart

question is why a factory reset as that wipes out all your channels and sat info and the important bit we cant talk about,if its channel loss then a new scan or bouquet is needed.
a full flash is only needed if a serious problem or update is needed.
some boxes may have factory default/reset it will not remove firmware as only a new flash overwrites the older one.
