skybox f3 help

hi,
i got a skybox f3, last year, with the channels already loaded, works fine etc. except i understand there is an upgrade available, with channels put in order and some extra channels. Does anyone know how i go about updating my box, so i receive these channels etc. im not the most technical, so any help would be much appreciated. thanx

You need a new channel list, http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums...ularly-260273/ this is AJS channel list, he updates it quite regular it has instructions on how to install in the seconds post

Read a few more posts about updating the channel list so you have a rough idea of what needs done before you jump in at the deep end
