F3 channels freezing

When using epg the channel behind sometimes freezes is this normal?

epg ??? its not very good on theses boxes ...you can only see wots on next program ,,,,if keeps freexzin note ta do we epg ...ure ..ggggggggggggggift,,,needs checkiiiiiiiiing.....u can try resetting box up from start we lastest firnmware and start a fresh;;;;;;

Epg is an issue with these boxes if yu try to baclpedal thru epg box will freeze.Likewise if you try to change channels quickly.Personally I avoid epg function.The newer firmware releases seem to be a little worse, the apps included in it write cheques the box can't honour so to speak and it has a knock on effect,older firmwares are simler may help but tbh it's something you may have to live with.On the upside it's a cheap box with a good picture reception easy to use, so not all bad

yea this only freezes the picture behind and not the box does that sound correct?
