SKYBOX F5 usb pvr problem

Hi to all out there. I am looking for someone knowledgable who can help me out with an F5 problem. I have purchased a 64gig memory stick and record programs to it, they appear to record correctly but when i watch them they tend to freeze and will go no further. some freeze after 10mins another at 25mins and another recorded program at 1hr and 25mins. My question is is the memory stick too large?? or do i have another problem. Thanks guys.

try formatting it to fat 32 ..also try recording just o
n the sd channels ....see if its down to hd ,,,channel i use a external harddrive 2tb,,,,,that recxords all sd or hd channels i found usb sticks act up on them
