how to delete channel list

hi certain channels are saying no signal how do you delete channel list so new one can be added as when i just flash new one over it it still the same

not sure but programs like sky sports3 and sky f1 have no signal the bloke says may have conflicting channel lists and not loading correctly

In the "Edit Channel" menu, you can select "delete all" to delete your channels.

If you do a factory reset, make sure that you do a back up first, as you will lose some "required" files.
