hi can someone please help my box is stuck on L040 trying to use eromupgrade my laptop is on windows 7 running on 1 gig is this my problem getting as far as the next stage

First thing to check is that you have the correct cable, a null modem cable rs232.
Use the correct recovery tool F3rs232recovery.rar
Remember to tick the include boot loader option and increase/decrease the switch on of your F3 after you press next on recovery software.

this is the leed I got DB9 female DB9f 9 pin rs232 serial null modem cable also got usb to rs232 serial cable com DB 9 pin male lead
