sky f5 that i am stuck with

hi there i have an f5 which is fully loaded but as i took it out the box for the 1st time and plugged it in i get nothing on the tv and on the disply keeps showing load and counting 1-100 then rebooting again -- is there any thing i can do to stop this and get it working again cheers

Yes send it back to whom ever you purchased it from for either a refund or an exchange

Check all leads are plugged in correctly then turn the plug off and back on, and if everything is plugged in and it does not work then send it back, faulty box or needs flashing with null cable but with it being brand new then a refund or replacement should be offered

mate i have just discounted my sky signal to see if i could get anything and now its showing a menu so its now tellig me its the dish or wire not the box what do you think .......not getting pic on tv but says no signal and i cant even get fta channels

the sat feed cable is causing box to short out check cable connection that all is ok, could be water leaked in outside

How was your sky and the F5 connected to the dish? Or do you mean something else?

are you connecting both the cables or just one of them ???

I had the same problem one cable would give me nothing
disconnected it & plugged the other in & everything worked great.......not sure why

check the resolution size on TV it may be not set right
