    skybox f3 issues

    hi all,
as i said in my intro post, im totally new to all this, not sure if im going to say too much, if so, plz contact me, and i,ll remove the post. i have a skybox f3, which i got last sept. my channels are all over the place, with a lot duplicated. there was software ( or equivalent) already on, i have it connected to my old sky dish, and get most channels i.e sky channels, the prob is, i have tried to upgrade, and downloaded aj,s update several times, on different usb sticks, and still when going to upgrade, box doesnt recognise the files, so no upgrades are done, can someone, explain to me, step by step, exactly what i need to do, I have followed the example in the post, but nothing happens. i also deleted my channels and backed them up, but couldnt put those back on the box either. had to do sattelite scan, to restore channels, now theyve all moved?? could someone tell me what to do plz? many thanks in advance.

unzip the file to a formatted fat 32 flashdrive

    put in the box

menu scroll down until you see upgrade by usb press ok

it will say image file scroll across until you see other files then go to manage pick the top choice tp prog

press ok you should see a tick beside it at this stage , its color then i think its yellow to upgrade

you will the see flashing do not switch off box wait till done , reboot bingo good luck
