f3 keeps going into restart

hi,
had a few issues with updates loss of "the unmentionable" etc finally got channel list back on, and had to purchase a "*****" from someone else, lost a few channels racing uk and man utd tv, but otherwise ok prob is box keeps restarting periodically, comes back on, just annoying, and just started happening today, anybody had similar probs? if so, how to fix?

back your box image up onto a usb stick
