sean got the upgrade tool from yojiatech used usb adapter the hl-340 and null modem cable and the software that was in box when I got it I swiched it went to device manger found the right comm port then ran eromugrade im used lappy also think u need the right drivers I got a cd we drivers onit I bought the other usb adapter we the null modem for ?7.50 from ebay did u do a firmware u dump when u got box
