Skybox F5 channel rescan

Hi Guys, I have had my f5 for a few months now and all is running great apart from the sound stuttering every now and again. But a reboot of the box usually clears this issue. I have wondering if doing a rescan on my channel is worth doing and if so how can I do this. I am running AJ channel list and also due to update this as well.

hi mate just go into your menu then to all sats and do a scan in there mate ,,,,,thge stuttering you on about is it on certain channels ////try turning ya gifttttt of and watch normal fta see if it does it on there if it dunt are you on wireless internet on box ?///

If you have a usb stick on the box to record on live tv eg pause/rewind I have heard this causes the problem.

Yeah I have a USB hard drive plugged into the back of the f5 I will try it with out it to see if this resolves the issue. Also thanks for the tip about the rescan. One quick question doing a rescan with not cause an issue with my gift

If I were you, I would back it up that is if you can, wouldn't have believed it in the past but these days have heard of people bricking their boxes by a simple scan or updating channel list.
