2 Openbox S11 running on quad lnb problem

Hi, I have 2 x Openbox S11 connected to my quad lnb.
The problem is that when both boxes are on, some channels wont turn on the signal goes to around 7%.
1 box all channels will work perfectly fine (no signal problems) but the 2nd box when connected at the same time some channels will work but then the low signal 7% problem comes up again.
The thing is when both boxes are connected one box will work with fine all channels working but the other box will display some channels with the 7% signal problem.

Does anyone know what the problem is? is it due to the openboxes or my LNB?

All help will be much appreciated Thanks

Sounds like your box needs the diode fix.

    Have a look here:-

Thanks for the reply, so is this just something which is an openbox related problem? meaning that its a problem with just these certain type of boxes and not something which is related to the LNB or anything else.

sounds like you need a grounding block on the coax where it comes into the house.
