Just because one of the $ly ladder monkeys installed it does not mean its perfect by any means if only i had a pound everytime i heard that when i got called to a job scenario, anyway there is a good chance your dish may be fine but a fault with the box out of all the F3's that i have seen they have always displayed either 71-75% in quality as i believe the drivers for the tuners for these receivers is crap and they dont work correctly thus displaying inaccurate information.

And finally is this so called Freezing happening on the FTA channels such as BBC,ITV,CH4 etc or is it just on the '$' channels if it is i know whats coming next

More than likely the cause of the freezing but i will bet ?20 digicon right about the next Q ........

also who do you get your broadband from ??

It is not always the server sometimes the router or ISP service is to blame as well.

my internet is with plusnet and yes my freeview channels work ok , ive been up then ladder to see if there is a problem with the dish or anything like lose cables and i cant see anything

check your ping on your bb network and if its fine then its down to a crappy overloaded service provider,regards mdt

my ping is 25ms witch is quite good

Then its a problem with the Box return to supplier for a full refund then buy yourself something decent that wont give you these problems

there is nothing wrong with the box mate as it worked fine in my old house its just since ive moved that theres problems have started

I have had nothing but problems with the firmware that you have on your box
i loaded a earlier firmware Skybox F3/M3 Software-Youtube&You~~~~(121119)_Shenzhen Yojia Technology Co., Ltd.

everything was great after i loaded this F/ware

Just a word of warning back your box up via USB (image file) so you don't lose anything
