f5 box internet connection problem

Hi Guys ,

My nephews f5 box cant connect to the internet, we have tried everything .tested the plugins tried it downstairs etc ,the freeview channels work but not the rest. my ....... is active but disconneted its not the ...... problem as I have tried a few from my friend , my mums box is working fine downstairs

would be greatful for any help and advice

If possible return the box, the manufacture quality is not that great badly connected Ethernet port to the wifi not always working. If you can return try to get a F3 although older seems more reliable.
