was it an automatic scan [ scanning all tps ] or a manual scan imputting tp info?,firmware should not stop you there on scanning.cable in correct input on rear of box.?

Yeah its in the top one. Says signal 80 idd % and quality 0% on every channel. It was an automatic scan. My transponer name is not the samw as any other iv seen. Its called 28.2e fta only but even fta isnt working

Try to add the satellite manually just put the name as Astra and position as 28.2e , once you have added the satellite, select this sat and then do a scan.
