Might be because the F5 box's are crap mate
does it freeze on the FTA channels ???

Could be your box ...internet provider...firmware....or wherever you get (thepartwecannottalkabout) *Gift* (most prob the gift)

where did you get the box from & did it come with a gift ??

Try a rescan and check your signal quality and strength

have u an old $ly box to try see if the fta are freezing on that ?

that would rule out a problem with the box

I will just put this into perspective what you need on on the Box itself is Signal Quality and as you say it is 87% this is the main one to be concerned with the other reading Strengh which is 42-50 is actually AGC level and this is how the box controls how much gain to send to the tuner as to not overload it.

                        Hope this helps

I have just moved the dish a little bit and managed to get the strength up to 70 and it seems a lot better at the min

Does having low signal cause this to scramble thought it was just the net side causing scramble though if dish was out get no signal...[
