skybox not working

hi - my skybox f5 has stopped working. i have tried to connect r232 lead and usb - can anyone help and let me know where i find the software to download and a step by step guide as to what to do? been told to do it from yojiatech but it is not working....

all the info you need are in them

Or the SEARCH button works the last time i used it

bcos nothing on box just slightly red lights comes on and nothing else,, i had try

( 3601hd_backup.abs from usb drive which is befour i used to the box for upgrade by usb and dump by usb )

with prolifc usb-to- serial comm port so i don't know that file's are working for reflash or not, if not please someone tell me what kind of software i

need to download to restart or reflash or recover my sky openbox f5

hi mate thanks ur help but i did'nt find reflash or reboot software in the red sticky button so pls if yu really want to help me plase send me any link or software website from where i can download and i,m used prolifc usb to rs232 serial comm port is that ok or i need different cable bcos my laptop have 15pin VGA and box have 9pin serial comm port
so plz help me what can i do ..Thanks
