Skybox f3 issue, please someone help me, Thanks in advance

I have bought skybox f3 from someone it suposse work but it doesnt the way it should.

main problem is that paid channels are freezing and i tried to sort it out by installing SKYBOX_3601HD_CMT_130327079B firmware
it didnt help, paid channels are still freezing

i have updated Channel list used AJ list

nothing has changed

i tried to disable and enable DHCP was playing with it for sometime and nothing has changed channels are still freezing and it happen every three seconds.

what i didnt do is before updating to new firmware i didnt mark no to old dbs not sure if i should do it or not i didnt want to loose cccam file or something cuz im newbie to all this.

the guy who sold me that box he doesnt answer his phone anymore so i just gave up on him i dont think he will help me sort it out.

i dont know if this is cccam server issue or something else i know nothing or almost nothing about skyboxes cccams etc

i should add signal is 89 to 90 and strength or quality is around 75


Could please someone help me with it ?

Have you tried turning off your box and internet ie router and modem.Turn them all off for 5 mins then turn your internet back on,then after another 2 mins plug your skybox back in and try that.
