    Skybox and Diseqc switch?

I currently have a TM5400 set up on 19e and 39e using a diseqc switch...

If I can get the channels I believe I can on a skybox, im looking at moving my dishes towards 1w and 28.2e. My question is, will this work using the diseqc switch with the skybox? (I believe it will)

Skybox F5 is the one I think I will be getting, unless anyone can suggest anything better for a similar price!

    Thanks

There are better boxes but not at that price level, although i canst speak for the F5 but i know the F3 has Diseqc capabilities as all satellite receivers should, And so i would say the F5 has the capability too.

The F5 is the F3 just in a different Skin so to speak but apparently QC was not as strict (Dont Make me Laugh) and quite a lot of them majority i would imagine are poor quality and have various faults, Saying that the F5 should work with a diseqc switch no problem

Thanks again! think that's made my mind up to get the F3.

Is it advisable to get a channel list? Im planning on mainly using it for 0.8w Thor satellite now. Or can I just do a normal channel search once the dish is pointing the right way!

Im guessing these boxes work best when they are connected using a Ethernet cable, but generally are they still good using wifi?

              check the great soldering out.....

i'm surprised any of the box's work after seeing this
but as they always say you pay for what you get

              ?50= sh*t
              ?150 = much better
