hi looking for help .....everytime i try to configure my CCcam input information and reboot always tells me offline ...driving me crazy dont know if skybox is missing files to read or program is needed thank you in advance x

Go onto BBC 1 for a few sec's then on to a channel with $ sign on it
also check your internet settings DCPH is on....Menu..Network setting...Ethernet settings
Or it could be your gift provider fault (if this you will have to sort yourself)
